Mission Statement
The STEAM Hub 4 CIS2 is an organization dedicated to forming leaders by promoting the use of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math among young people to improve their personal development and integration to a continuously changing society.
Core Values
Equity in education is necessary for a just society, therefore a basic value of the organization is that everybody must have the same opportunities.
Honesty and transparency are required for a functional society; therefore, the organization will strive to be open and transparent to all stakeholders.

Vision
By providing a safe and nurturing environment the Hub will be a center for young people (of all ages) to develop the skills necessary for a full integration into society prepared for the challenges of a continuously changing world, by means of supporting their creativity, innovation and developing skills in sustainability and stewardship.
Practices
The hub will allow members to use the facilities on their own schedule within prearranged calendars, organize events like book discussions, meet with old and new friends to develop organizational dynamics skills, and just to have fun.
Because if you are not having fun, you are not learning!
Our Story
We all have a story, but the story of the STEAM hub is just beginning! And you are an integral part of that beginning!
Outcomes
Members of the hub will develop skills that allow them to navigate the intricacies of modern society by using their “out of school” time in a positive and productive way. There are two ways to assess these outcomes. One is to see members not getting in trouble and the other is to see members integrate productively into society.
Organization: Board of Directors, Executive Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Area Directors, and Advisory Council. (This is a preliminary alignment!)
Collaboration
This project can only succeed based on collaboration. Nobody is so great that can do all by her/himself, or so small that her/his contribution is not important.
Participation
Creating and exciting, nurturing, and safe environment, everyone is able to reach her/his full potential.
Satisfaction
At the end of the day, we all need to satisfy basic needs of accomplishment, assurance, and the feeling that we have made a difference in the world.

It is up to you, how much you put in determines how much you get out! Like and old trade fair where people bring their talents and goods and are enriched by the talents and goods from the others in the fair.
